Title: Report Studio Crosstab Column Width & Heights (HTML VS Email)

Hello,

I'm having trouble with column heights in HTML report view vs Email of the HTML report view.  I have it perfect in the HTML View in browser, see the first below image.

This looks good, however when I email myself the report as HTML, it looks like this in Outlook, see the green column heights.  The first crosstab green column cell heights are different than the second crosstab green column heights:

I would guess the difference comes from the different fonts being used, and the point size as well.

The screenshots are the same report.  I ran the report in HTML, and then ran the report and sent to my email. Same exact report so all fonts/sizes are the same.

Did you spezify the fonds that are used in the report or do you let Cognos pick the default value? Perhaps the default font differs when the report is sent by email

Yes all the fonts are selected.
