Hello,

in our organisation we use cognos 10.2.1 we have about 6000 reports en alot of user that use them.
upgrading to 11 analytics wil mean that the way we offer reports as a newspaper schorcuts will change.

can 10.2.1 or 10.2.2. co-exist with 11 anayltics?

and do some of you allready do this and what is your experience with this.

Yes - you need to use different ports and a different content store for each instance, but they can co-exist.

I have them running side by side on my machine with no issues. As MFGF says, I just used different ports (and installation directories). It gets more complicated if you're using SSO with IIS. You might need to create a different virtual directory to "/ibmcognos". Eg "/ibmcognos11/". Then you also need to change the bootstrap properties file. More details here:
