Do anyone know of how to get 'All' option in data checkbox group in Cognos 11 Active Reports. By default, report runs for all years but user wants to see an All option with all years checked when the report is run initially.

Dimensional or relational package? Is there an option to add an extra value called "All" and have this as the default for the variable?

It is a Relational Package. By default, I just understood active report data drop down list runs for null values (changed it to unassigned). I need to have an 'All' option that runs for all values in drop down list. Kindly can you elaborate on on extra values as 'All' and setting this for default variable. It appears as straight forward requirement in regular report studio report but more complex in active reports.

I have made the default card as 'Yes'. What is the next step to get 'All Regions'. I do not see No data contents icon so that i can put in a different chart with all values.

Different steps in cognos 11 to default chart. Default Card='Yes' then go to Current Card in properties and select default in the drop down to enable default card.
I have different issue now. I need to target 3 data drop lists to a single chart. All option is working good with default card. By selecting First element in drop down list its taking the default value from 2nd and 3rd data drop list and giving me filtered value. Instead, when I one element in 1st data drop down it should target the chart with only this value without considering the default values from 2nd and 3rd data drop down lists. Kindly advise in active reports.

Do we have solution or work around to this problem, I have dimensional source (from Dynamic cube).. I need an ALL option when selected All the values in chart should be rendered.
