Title: Regenerate Key Store via CLI

Hi all,

I am trying to figure out how to Regenerate the Key Store via the CLI.  When you start the service via the GUI "cogconfigw.exe" just prior to executing the service start sequence you are prompted to regenerate the key store if the key store files are missing however "cogconfig.bat" does not appear to do this.  When I start the service via the GUI it starts without an issue after regenerating the key store however when I execute "cogconfig.bat" it fails and it appears to be a key issue.  Does anyone have any experience with configuring and starting the service with the CLI that knows how this might be accomplished?
