Title: Cognos Credential - Windows Sync - Active Directory Issue

Hello Experts,

I am having a problem with my Cognos Signon in My Machine. 2 Environments Prod and Dev Different Servers.

On my machine when ever i want to login i use to click the Cognos Connection/Portal Link and it will automatically logs me in without asking UserId/password.

After some time When i am trying to Open the Dev link its logging with Cognos Service Account Credentials. (Prod is working Fine)

I am not sure where and its getting messed up and how can i can change the Login Credentials ,Either on Active Directory or LDP Server or any other issues my Windows or Cognos Credentials.

Need a Help to Resolve this issues.How to get back to normal login.

have you checked if anonymous login is enabled in your dev?
Have you configures single sign-on on both servers?

just somethings to check..

Thanks for your reply.

I have checked the anonymous login in Cognos Configuration , Its not enabled. Do i need to enable this ?
Surprisingly except me for others everything working fine.Only profile having an issue.
