I wanted to make sure the latest model has been moved for reporting .where I can see the last updated date of FM model?. Please let me know.

In Package properties I can view the latest updated date. I think everyone knows this simple ans.So no one replied. :)

In fact, there are two dates that might interest you. As you say there is the date you see in Cognos Connection under Package - Properties, which gives you the date the package was last _published_.
But in the place where you store your FM packages, you also have the package or model modification date - see the date of the file model.xml. It's quite possible, and indeed quite normal, to make changes to your model within FM, _without_ doing a publish.
