We receive the error "CNC-SDS-0420 Unable to find a service associated with object type jobStepDefinition" sporadically. The steps are listed as "unknown" and the status is failed. We can typically rerun failed jobs, but we have to resubmit these. We attempted to create a ticket with IBM, but can't provide enough information as it happens sporadically. Anyone experience this before? We are running Cognos 10.2.2.
I've just received the same error message within a scheduled job that ran overnight, using v11.0.8. The reports ran and the resulting emails were sent, so there's nothing to re-run. Very curious!
