I am trying to use the US map in Cognos 10.2.2 to display the report numbers on top of (within) each state. How do I do this? (ie. Florida would have the number 2,853 displayed within the state boundaries - no heat mapping).

I'm not sure about a US map, but on the UK map I can select the region layer and set the "Show Values" property to Yes.
