Title: Cognos audit not getting logged.

Hello All,

We are using Cognos 10.1.1 and audit was working fine and its been some days audit has stopped logging.

Checked Datasource connection,Audit connection, Increased logging levels. But it was no fruitful.
Checked for DB permissions and all are fine. Tried restarting server today. Got below error.

LOGSV       6235   1      server.Audit.IPF     StartService  LogService           FAILED Log Server Database error  <parameters><item name="DB URL"><![CDATA[jdbc:oracle:thin:@10.8.1.80:1521:AGMISMP]]></item><item name="DB Error"><![CDATA[LogDbStoreFactory::databaseRequiresUpgrade() - CognosIPF.jar requires upgrade from version 101.001 to version 102.006 or newer]]></item></parameters>

I am encountering this for first time. please suggest.

Check with your DBA if there were any recent patches/upgrades has been done on database.
