Hi guys.

My organization is getting a product that allows us to connect to the data with Rest API.

1. Can we connect Cognos to Rest API and build a Cognos model with Framework Manager?
2. To connect with Oracle we use a proxy user. Can we use a proxy User with Rest API, as well?
