Hi

Cognos 10.2.2 with FP4 on AIX with Websphere
Currently I found some BIBusTKServerMain always in system (ps -ef | grep BIBus*), it will still for one day and that makes my cognos_location/temp keep growing then full my disk. Sometime I stop Websphere to have a clean, but the issued BIBusTKServerMain can not stopped (their parent ID will become 0).

I googled it and found lots of people talking about this, is that a bug for Cognos AIX ?

So far, no good way to resolve this issue (I don't know)

Try opening a PMR to IBM tech support, let them do the work. :)

Hello,

I would suggest set below flag and monitor.
Filename - reportservice.xml
location - webapps/p2pd/WEB-INF/services

Search for prestart_process parameter and Set it to false.
