Title: Content Manager is unable to re-connect to DB

Hello experts.
I have an issue with the Content Manager (10.2.1 FP9) having issues reconnecting to the Content Store DB, whenever the connection is lost. Meaning even though the database is up and running, I have to restart the Content Manager to get it to reconnect.

Has anyone had the same issue, or any suggestions on how to solve it?

It is the same for all environments, production, test and dev.

Is this happening after applying FP9 only ?

How frequently its happening ?

Better place to start on this is to check with your DBA on this issue or with network team if there are any network fluctuations.

It has been like this in previous fix packs as well.
I happens when the database lose connection, which isn't often, so that part is OK.
What I want to know is if this is intended, by IBM, or not.
