You have posted an 81 page document that is branded with your employer's name and which shows detailed functional specifications for numerous reports. WHY would you post this on a PUBLIC forum? Would your employer be pleased that you are sharing their methods of analyzing performance with the rest of the world, including their competitors?
Please review the forum etiquette post (http://www.cognoise.com/index.php/topic,24030.0.html) where this is expressly forbidden.
You should be happy that I'm not your manager.

I don't believe this document should be available on a public forum. To protect your employer, I have removed it. As Lynn suggests, please see the Forum Etiquette post and refrain from posting sensitive material. Please find a way to post your question without putting your employer and yourself at risk.
Regards,
MF.
Does fsd stand for something? I'd make a stab at functional specification document...but that's only a guess.

Yep - spot-on! Now we need to find you today's prize. Oh - here it is. You get a pass to go to any pub in Manchester this evening and buy yourself a delicious pint of beer. Well done Chris! :)

I may well redeem that prize this evening...and I might even have one for you ;D
Coming back to the original question pankaj - unless you've got a field populated with the date of the last movement (or some other way to determine that date) you're not going to be able to implement the required logic.
