Hi guys,
Anyone encountered this before? When running a "Synchronise with Analyst" step in CAC, it comes back with an error regarding a particular .H1 file. This file does not exist in the location but a .H13 file does. If I rename this to a .H1 extension, it still errors. Same with replacing the file from a backup of a previous working version.
I've stepped through IBM Technote 1497957 but this has not helped as the error appears during Step 4 of the doc. I've engaged with IBM via the PMR route but have not had a response as of yet. I'm waiting for the Customer to send over a copy of the PEL to review but has anyone ever come across this before? There's not much in the way of information available out there and I'm having to rely on IBM which, at this moment, isn't ideal.
Any help greatly appreciated!
This worked better for me:
•Rename the file in the error message to have a .bak suffix rather than delete the offending file
•Re-run the Refresh Reference utility in Analyst before running the Refresh Indexes utility
I hope that this small change is helpful. If not, please post what you used to solve the issue.
Hi Danno (and everyone else),
Looks like we might have found the root of the problem. The library files were moved over to the local server, the file locations re-pointed in Analyst and then the "Synchronise with Analyst" process ran successfully. NetApp is running in the Customer network, which may well be the factor in preventing this from running in the first place. No issues after the files were copied locally.
Hope this helps anyone else who's had the same problem.
Cheers
