We have Cognos Analytics Version 11 running with a simple Dynamic Cube which has 3 standard dimensions. The icons Create Sets and Insert Member Mode in "report" above the 'Source' are disabled.

Any idea why? Is this a bug? or .....

Hi,

I can confirm I see the same thing - the Create Sets and Insert Member Mode icons appear to be inoperative. It's not just for Dynamic Cubes either - I just tried it with a PowerCube and I see the same. Let's call it a "Negative Undocumented Feature" ;)

Definitely worth logging this with IBM support I'd say.

Thanks for checking this. We have decided to back out of moving to 11 just yet ... the project is too important to be delayed with this and some other issues we are experiencing. Cognos 11 is going to be great and we are expecting to go there .... later.
