Title: Unable to access tools in Cognos BI

Hi All,
I have installed Cognos BI 10, single sign-on with windows AD. But when I log in to welcome page, screen in the attached file is showed. In my actions, I can't find icon of Report studio, Query studio and other tools. Anyone who knows please kindly help!

To have access to all studio´s etc, you need to be a member of the cognos namespace group "system administrators".
For studio access, you would need membership to for example "authors".

That looks like Microsoft Edge, which is not a supported browser. Try IE or Firefox. I've had problems in the past with Chrome and availability of studios. Maybe you could tell us which version of Cognos you're running?

BTW you don't need to be member of "system administrators" group to access studios.
