My Content Store and Cognos Services are started successfully by when I access the cognos connection using url http://localhost/crn it gives the error - "Page cannot be displayed"

TP Error 404 - File or directory not found.
Internet Information Services (IIS)

Can anyone experiened this issue, please help.

If you installed release 8.2, then it's not crn.   If you followed the installation instructions, it should be http://localhost/cognos8  - the virtual directories changed in series 8

The quick start installation guide doesnt provide anything about configuring the virtual directories. I'm following is Proven Practice SQL Server configuration guide from Cognos

Hi ,

You are right, in ver 8.3 the virtual directory is localhost/cognos (mentioned in the Quick Start installation guide clearly). But still not working.

Page cannot be displayed, what could be the problem ?
