Hi Cognos experts 8)

Can Cognos 8 (Powerplay) connect with cube from Microsoft SQL Server 2005?
using mdc connection from power play connect. ???

Hi,

PowerPlay is not a Cognos 8 product - it's Cognos 7.

Cognos 8 can connect to MSAS2005 SP2 directly via ODBO.

PowerPlay can connect via PowerPlay Connect - as long as it's been defined properly.
