I installed Cognos Express 10.2.1 (or tried to) and it got hung up on step 67 of 70. I am unable to re-install because it says cognos express is already registered on my computer. I also can't uninstall because there are no components available to un-install.
Any help with this?

Hi,
Did you end up with a Start Menu option for Cognos Express? You won't ever see the option to uninstall in Control Panel > Programs and Features - this is not the way IBM have designed the product. The "normal" uninstall option is in the Start Menu under Cognos Express. If you don't see this, try browsing to the location Express is installed and see if you can locate the uninst.ini file (usually in a folder called uninstall).
