Title: HTML 404 page not found error message when we extract the report into Excel

Cognos 10.2.1 will produce a HTML 404 page not found error when export any analysis studio or report studio or query studio report to excel. Attach is an example.

IE Version: 11

It happens to any reports we try to extract even new created one.

Could anyone please help to fix this issue.

Change the location of your temp files from the file system to the Content Store, as documented here: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21660493
