Cognos 10.2.1 will produce a HTML 404 page not found error when export any analysis studio or report studio or query studio report to excel. Attach is an example.
IE Version: 11
It happens to any reports we try to extract even new created one.
Could anyone please help to fix this issue.

Sure, I will take care in future. Thank you for your quick response. I am using IE 9 version and I am not facing any issue while exporting the report to excel.
Only few Users using IE 11 version facing this issue.

I have had several users in my company with the same problem; all with IE11. No solution as to what causes it, but for all of them, restarting the computer solves the problem (until it re-emerges a couple of days later). Also, migrating to chrome completely removes the issue.
