Hi All,
I have three date fields in the prompt page. Each date field has from_date and to_date field. Currently the system date gets populated as default date in the prompts. I want the default date as blank.

Anybody has any suggestions on this .. plz provide me.

Hello Dispy,

in my opinion there is only one way via JavaScript.

see the attached file. It is a Cognos8.2 report spec with one date prompt on the prompt page which is cleared at startup.

But please be careful with using JavaScript. In 8.3 there are new objects in Javascript. It could not work in future releases.
