HI,

Could you please tell me Where the generated reports are getting stored in IBM cognos?

What exactly you mean by generated report ? Are you referring to saved output ? in that case it will be saved in Cognos content store database.

If we retain cognos report output versions for one year ,then will they be stored in cognos content store database?

Yes - by default, saved outputs are held in the content store database.
