Changed the cardinality between the query subjects to a 0.n or 0.1. But the crosstab is excluding the null row. Is there any reference/example for this please.

Your earlier animated presentation for CrossTab was great! that made me go overboard and ask for more :D. I tried outer join in the Framework manager, this time it worked fine. Thanks for your help.
