Sometimes when an ad hoc report is ran, the error message RSV-SRV-0036 General error is received. I've listed details of the error below. I don't see where another request is executing when we receive this error, anyone have any more information on why this may be happening? Thank you!
CCLIllegalStateError:0:Fatal:Request is already executing
Trace Back:
WPBIBusMethod.cpp(201):CCLIllegalStateError: CCL_CAUGHT:
WPBIBusMethod::runRequest
WPEngine.cpp(554):CCLillegalStateError:
WPEngine.ccp(547):CCLillegalStateError:CCL_THROW:
WPEngine::execute
Strangely enough, I think I've seen this error when pressing the Enter key after filling in a text box prompt - ReportNet seems to need a (small) pause. I've gotten into the habit of always clicking Finish instead of using Return. It may have been corrected with later releases, or be specific to default prompt pages or something like that, since I just tried to reproduce it and can't. When I did experience it, it was easily reproducible by typing nonsense very quickly into the text box and hitting Return...
Thank you for the tips almeids. All the reports we have received the error on are using a date prompt. Hopefully we will hear some more ideas on resolving this mystery ???
