I am hoping someone has run into this issue. Just installed ThemeDesigner on a Windows 2012 box running IIS and finally got it to run. Went through tutorial and made my changes and saved and published.
I can find my new theme in preferences but the welcome page is another story. None of the change I made are there but the title changes. Nothing else. Others worked fine in the public folders etc.
Any idea of where to troubleshoot this issue?
