Title: About trigger based report

Hi,

I have scheduled report by trigger. But reports are not getting scheduled by trigger in IBM cognos administration.Is it required to fire trigger from cognos side for scheduling report?Can you please tell me the solution? I need it very urgently.

Add the report to a job. Use the job inside event studio and you can fire a unix/window trigger to run it.

I asked with my administrator.he is telling that other reports with same trigger are generating.

Actually I am not administrator.I am cognos developer.Administrator is on client side.So should I ask to administrator to fire trigger.
