Yes, it's me again!! :) :)

Does anyone know how to pass a Page Name as a Parameter or Value from a Target Report to a Source Report as a part
of a Drill Through?

I wouldn't have thought that would be possible...the page number would be variable depending on the number of lines shown per page etc.

Sorry Chris. I meant the actual Report Page name. Like by default Cognos create page1, page2, etc.

There's a PageName function that you can use in a LayoutCalculation...never tried passing it through to a drill through though
