Title: Reports not being saved

Hi There,
I'm running into an issue. My boss is editing some of my reports, however he can only save them in his personal folders. If he saves it anywhere else, they are not visible to anyone including himself.
I have a similar issue where I can save within a folder, but if I try to save in the root of public folders, the report just isn't there. I know that it is suboptimal, but it's also what my boss is demanding.

So my question is, has anyone has this issue before?
And is there any way of figuring out the cause of the issue? Are error logs thrown, or can we find the xml for the report in the DB somewhere?

Check the permissions of those folders where he is saving. You cannot save it in Public Folders. You will have to create a folder in Public Folder and save it in that folder or inside a package.
