Title: Report studio lite opening up?

Hi There,
One of my coworkers is trying to open the Report Studio on a report, however his Report Studio is very different than mine. Looks like a version for non-tech folk to use.
Has anyone seen this issue? I suspect that it's related to the groups, but not sure what to change.

Hi Eric,

I haven't seen that, no. Is your coworker opening report studio first then opening the report? If they're just clicking on the set square to edit it then the report may have been created using Query Studio, in which case that's what will open.

(Apologies if I'm stating the blindingly obvious)

No, it was created with report studio, and when I open it up I get a different menu than my coworker.

What version are you on? I think your coworker's Report Studio is starting in Express Authoring Mode. I can't verify this, because I now only have access to C10.2.2, where it appears that this option has been replaced by Workspace Advanced. But in earlier versions I'm sure there was an option to switch between Express and Professional Mode. You can look for this option.

So, I found the solution in here. It's also important to note, if you have permissions on express and professional developer, either could open up as express or professional.
