Hi everyone,

We have a logo image showing when we run the report in HTML but when we select the PDF or XML, the image doesn't show
in the body of the report.

The virtual map is setup as following:

../samples/images/apps/xxx/FORDImage.jpg

If you could make any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.

Are your Cognos Gateway and Application/Content Manager on separate machines? If so, then you need to place the images in the same folder on the APP_CM server.

Issue resolved. The Content folder is where Cognos looks for the image when both dispatcher and gateway are the same.
We had it in the wrong folder.
