When i am trying to schedule a report , i am getting the following error .
CM-REQ-4159 Content Manager returned an error in the response header. The error "cmAuthenticateFailed CM-CAM-4005 Unable to authenticate. Check your security directory server connection and confirm the credentials entered at login." can be found in the response SOAP header. CM-REQ-4342 An error occurred with the client.
I tried 'Renew my credentials' in the my preference tab, but still got the same error.
But i am able to run the schedule manually by selecting the 'run the schedule once' and selecting run now. But when i select run later, am getting the same error.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
