Title: Administrator with Limited Capability

here goes nothing.... my system administrator suddenly have limited capability. as of this writing, when i click Launch, I can only see Event Studio, Drill-through Definitions and IBM Cognos Administration.

Good thing this happened in our Development Server only otherwise, I would have gone nuts.

from what i recall, I was editing a report when I suddenly received the error message you usually get when the services is not running. i eventually found out the UNIX server is out of disk space. I deleted some folders, (temp, RTModels) and some backups. then i restarted the services.

as I was about to edit the report again, I was not able to find the report studio button, even if I am using the administrator account.

anybody have this experience?

after several more restarts the problem went away before i wet myself.

maybe just some browser cache..
