Title: Not displaying all crosstab report data in excel 2007

Hi Cognos Team,

When i am running my crosstab report using excel 2007 format, only 13 records are displaying in excel. Rest of all are not displaying in excel sheet. Please help me to find out the solution, if you guys have any idea on this issue.

So little information => so many questions :(

- What type of data source are you using? Relational or dimensional?
- How many rows does your query return when you View Tabular Data?
- How many rows do you see when you run the report in HTML, PDF... ?
- What are your expectations as to the number of rows returned, and on what basis do you expect more than 13?

Hi Michael,

->Data source is Relational
->Query returns around 100 rows.
->I am able to see all 100 rows.
->I expectation is to see all 100 rows into excel format.

Hi,

This is very strange!
- Are you using the ReportOutput() function with conditional formatting?
- Is it always the same 13 records you see in Excel?
- Is there anything that differentiates these 13 records from the ~87 others?

If you try one of the other Excel formats, do you see all of your records?
How about PDF?

If the results sets are truly different, there has to be something going on with the report's setup.
