How do I get the following format on a list report? The quarterly totals need to appear after the yearly summary. Right now I have it after each quarter month (i.e. after March we have Q1, after June we have Q2). What's needed is this format?

I think the most straightforward solution is to separate this into two lists, one for the year and one for the quarters. Then "stack" them on the page.
There are other ways of course, but this will be easier to understand for the report writer who comes along in six months to modify your report.
