Title: Cognos 10.2.1 excel suffix

Friends,

I am struggling to resolve this issue for a long time.
I have applied fixpack 10.2.1 FP3 and the excel outputs started having a random meaningless suffix.
I have uninstalled cognos and installed 10.2.1 FP2 and it was fine. Now when I applied 10.2.1 FP8 the issue happens again.
Because of this issue I am not able to apply new fixpacks after FP2.
Please help. Is there any manual setting or parameter which can resolve this?
