Hello,

I have the following error during report execution (version 10.2.1):
DPR-ERR-2014 Unable to load balance the request because no nodes in the cluster are available, or no nodes are configured for the service: monitor Service.

This error is rather random, but more and more frequent. Currently the restart of Cognos service solves the problem.

I look for a solution to solve the problem. Any idea?
My only workaround is to restart a service package using the Cognos web portal and not the entire service to reduce the impact of this error. Unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to test because the error is not reproducible on demand.
