Hi all,
I installed cognos 10.2.2 in two wintel servers as distributed environment, in first server i installed all the admin components and second server i installed only cognos bi application server components. i used first server content manager and gateway in second server. when i see the system status second server showing 'partially available' in services 'mobile services' its showing partially available how can i solve the issue i.e to get back second server available.

Your Question is not clear
first server i installed all the admin components.... means what components you installed ???????
second server i installed only Cognos bi application server components ..... means what components you installed???????
Any way , You have to clear you Content Store using the IBM Cognos provided scripts.
As well as please you separate content store and mobile Stores, And start services.
Please let me know the status after this suggestion.

sorry for the unclear question.
i installed in first server i installed gateway, dispatcher and content manager
in second i installed only dispatcher only. in second server i am getting these mobile service partially available issue.
first server working fine.

Please add mobile store in secondary server, means what you added on primary server.
even if you not created separate mobile store in primary server, please create separate mobile store for mobile apps and same use in secondary server.

i installed 10.2.2 version, in IBM Cognos BI v10.2.2 and up, the Cognos Mobile service comes pre-installed with BI.
can you please explain what are the steps i have to follow to add mobile store in both server as i didn't add in primary server also.

Create Mobile Store like content store in primary server and same as in Secondary Server.
In Primary Server.
1.In the Explorer window, under Data Access, click Mobile.
2.From the Edit menu, click New resource > Database.
3.In the Name field, type the name for your database.
4.In the Type field, click the database type that you want.
5.Click OK.
6.In the Database - Resource Properties window, type the Database name and other details for the database that you chose.
In Secondary Server.
Follow same steps and give same DB credentials.
