Title: Error sending Report via Mail

Hi,

When I am trying to mail a simple report I get the following error:
DPR-ERR-2014 Unable to load balance the request because no nodes in the cluster are available, or no nodes are configured for the service: deliveryService. Handler trace back: [the_dispatcher] com.cognos.pogo.handlers.performance.PerformanceIndicationHandler [the_dispatcher] com.cognos.pogo.handlers.logic.ChainHandler [service_lookup] com.cognos.pogo.handlers.engine.ServiceLookupHandler [load_balancer] com.cognos.pogo.handlers.logic.ChainHandler [lb_forwarder] com.cognos.p2plb.clerver.LoadBalanceHandler


Does anyone know what is the solution to this?

Hi,

Sounds like you have a problem in your architecture. If you have access to the server (or servers), you should check in Cognos Configuration that the Delivery Service is enabled - select the "IBM Cognos Services" grouping on the left.

If it is, you need to check cogserver.log to see if there are any errors pertaining to the Delivery Service.
