Hi,

Do you mean in the data tree in the package, or in the analysis crosstab?  If it's the former, you can edit the package configuration from Cognos Connection to define the number of members visible (default and maximum).  You can't change the default for the analysis, though.

At this point I'm wondering why you'd want to do this, though.  Analysis Studio is not a reporting tool - it's designed to allow you to investigate trends and patterns in your data.  How could a person possibly hope to do this with 9999 items in the rows or columns of the analysis?  Also consider the performance implications of retrieving and rendering the 9999 members every time too...

Why not just use Query Studio for these kinds of reports?

MF.

Those are very kind words, Administrator - thank you very much! They are completely undeserved, though, as I've just been away on the job for a week, so haven't had chance to look in for a while.  Probably a good thing really - it gives other folks the chance to contribute, and everyone else gets a rest from the dull ramblings of an old man...

Still, I'm back now - so let the dull ramblings recommence!  ;D
