Hi,
I have created a drill through report.
Both the reports are executing fine and even the navigation between parent and child report is working fine for me and various users but for one of the user is getting RSV-SRV-0040 while navigating from parent to child report.
Can anyone please let me know the reason??

Hi,

You can try the below options and see if it works for you:(Not sure though)

If possible
-try to validate the report for that user and check if it throws any errors.
-Check for "error" in the cognos logs

-Make sure there is no empty query in the report.Try to delete if any

By any chance is the user using any parametrized URLs to run the report?

Also could you please let me know which version of Cognos are you working on?
