Title: Define Custom Groups - another problem
Post by: trojnfn on 08 Jul 2015 12:03:20 PM
I click on a column labeled 'Company Name' and then click on Define Custom Groups. In the available list of values, should all the company names be displayed? It only starts from 'A' and ends at 'K' and does not continue all the way to 'Z'. Is this a limitation in Query Studio or a problem, and is there a way around it?

This problem can be fixed in Framework.
On the field you want to filter (or define a custom group), you have to change the Prompt type property. Set 'Edit Box' and you will be able to write yourself your values.
Publish the modified pack and it's ok!

More informations:
Prompt type property:
The Prompt Type property sets the type of prompt control that is generated when the report is run, such as an edit box or a pull-down list.
