Title: Cognos CMTools Help [10.2.1]

Hello Everyone,

I want to start using the option of "terminate session" in  CMTools > CMTop
I can see the list of users, but when I click on specific user "Terminate session" it doesn't do anything.

Maybe you can help me figure out what i'm missing here. Does it have limitation? Configuration needed?

Just tried at my end. I observed similar behaviour like you. But anyways I did not find any particular use of this option.

are you using other software to terminate user session in Cognos?

Sorry, I never faced a situation to terminate user sessions explicity. So not using any ecternal software to kill user session.

Any particular reason that you are looking to terminate user sessions explicitly ?
