Title: Configuration Parameter -> global Null Values Handling

Hi Cognoisers,
as far as i remember there is a xml-file in cognos that allows to modify the way cognos handles null-values, but i cant remember which file/ parameter.
Does anybody knows where i have to customize the xml-file?
