Hello everyone!

My company is running Cognos 10.2.1 and they want to update their environment to the latest fix pack 7.

Can I install fix pack 7 directly? Or do I need to install all previous fix packs first? So fix pack 1, fix pack 2 and so on...?

Hi,

You can go straight to fix pack 7 - it contains the fixes from all previous fix packs.
