i recently updated my customer Cognos Enterprise (BI/TM1) environment to v10.2.2
All works well except when I want to filter the report using an item of my query subjects.
When i click on "filter" the dialogue window is opened and values of the items are searched.
After 30 seconds, no values are dispayed and the following error occurs:
CCL-BIT-0006 The connection closed before the request is processed. If you are using WebSphere Application Server, to reduce the frequency of this error, increase the Persistent Timeout parameter for the Web container transport chains in the administrative console. Increase the time in 10-15 second intervals until the error no longer or rarely occurs
I tested Query Studio in two other BI 10.2.2 environment and Query Studio works well using the same database, the same data and the same package.
I increased timeout value of Websphere Libery Profile in server.xml (from 30 as default to 300 seconds)which are in [cognos_install_dir]/wlp/.. and the timeout value of IIS7 connections but none of these solutions had success.
What do you think about this issue?
I installed BI on Windows Server 2008 R2 and i use DB2 as data source. Morevover, I use IIS as webserver with ISAPI module.
Please, help me.... :-\
