Hi
I have recently started working in Cognos Workspace. I have created some different widgets and put them together, and is now trying to look at the layout.
I managed to do some tweeking, but have seen examples on a much more nice layout with round corners on the different widgets (See picture 1). But I can not see how I can get there? Is it a newer version (we are using 10.2.1)? Or how can I change it?

We are also using 10.2.1 and we are experiencing similar issues. It doesn't seem like there is any real ways of making it look nice/professional in Workspace if it doesn't already look nice in Report Studio. I think a lot of the examples that you find on the internet (like the one you attached) have been formatted to look slick in Report Studio and just dragged in Workspace.
I mean it doesn't even seem like you are able to change the colour of the Widget title if you apply that in Workspace.
Someone with more experience may correct me but my advice is make your widgets look good in Report Studio and just use Workspace to display them but just be aware that some formatting will take away the ability for Workspace to resize your widgets.

Yep - Andy is right here. The first workspace you show in your attachment has no borders defined for the widgets in Cognos Workspace - instead, the charts have a background effect defined in the report, and this is what you are seeing when the charts are dragged into the workspace. Adding a background effect to a chart shouldn't take away the ability to resize the chart when used in a widget in a workspace, though.

As you can see I thought I had to change the layout in Workspace.
But the trick is to do it in report studio - that makes sences. And is working!
