Hi,
I done the cognos 10.2.1 installation in 2 wintel servers, in server 1 I installed all the components and I installed only application components in server 2. Then I configured iis web server.
When I tried to open cognos workspace it showing the below error
DPR-ERR-2014
Unable to load balance the request because no nodes in the cluster are available, or no nodes are configured for the service: buxService.

[the_dispatcher] com.cognos.pogo.handlers.performance.PerformanceIndicationHandler
[the_dispatcher] com.cognos.pogo.handlers.logic.ChainHandler
[service_lookup] com.cognos.pogo.handlers.engine.ServiceLookupHandler
[load_balancer] com.cognos.pogo.handlers.logic.ChainHandler
[lb_forwarder] com.cognos.p2plb.clerver.LoadBalanceHandler
Remaining components all are working fine only cognos workspace I am facing the issue
How can I resolve the issue, kindly advise me
