I have created a stored procedure in the Framework Manager and is working fine with hard coded values for testing.

when i replace the values with prompt parameters and do a validation, i am getting a Fatal Error.

Please see the attachment. I am using 10.2.1 Framework Manager.

Resolving the problem
Start IBM Cognos Framework Manager with "Run as administrator" privileges.
