We are currently having a severe damage on our server. The COM settings got affected and the IIS manager was also affected. The server is running really slow and there is an error on CAC which blocks us to open it. It seems that there is no way to open the CAC. We already tried to solve the problem but the IIS manager was also damaged. Do you guys have any idea how to export applications of CAC manually? Is there a way to do that? Or do you have any suggestions? Or anything just to restore the applications? Any suggestion, comment, advice is extremely highly appreciated.

The applications are stored in the content store, you can either export at the database level or set up a fresh identical Cognos install on a new server and link to the existing content store.
